The piece originates from an original painting, transformed into an immersive experience where image and generative systems converge. Through an AI-generated animation, the work is reinterpreted, creating a new layer of meaning that enhances perception.

Paola López-Guerra, in collaboration with Kris Pilcher —Director of IMMENSIVA and NUBIA LABS, ESPRONCEDA’s digital programs—, develops this animation using the painting’s own visual language.

The result is a mapping projection onto the pictorial surface, where the physical and digital intertwine, proposing an expanded mode of contemplation.
